The new encoder firmware is rev. 2.05.032. The prerelease appears to
be the same as 
http://hauppauge.lightpath.net/software/pvr150/pvr150_2028_23053_whql.zip
which was released on march 2.

I just got my new 500MCE to work and I'm using both the audio and
video firmware from this release.
