My KT333 motherboard just reset all the time. the
Intel chipsets have worked beautifully.

I can't at all use any of the capture cards on my test
machine because this particular chipset won't work
with this card. I think Jarod's had better luck with
VIA, but the consensus is to steer away from their
chipsets.
