Very odd, the change, having event notifications off for anything
other than the itvc15, seems interesting to have broken the pvr150
(although mine seems to work?).  It was there to fix VBI on the
itvc16, used on most 250's and the 150's/500's.  Everyone try this
patch of his and see, sounds like something odd, need more testing
to prove this.
