Yes, or you could mail the card to me ;)! I have a 150MCE PAL with tuner (idx = 60, type = 58) and it works without blocks. One channel (E10) gives my a bad pictures (motion in the picture creates lines) and a very high pitch noise. I run ivtv-0.3.2q and kernel 2.6.11.
My secret is that I don't have anything in modprobe.conf. I tried to follow the howto posted a week ago, but that was no success at all. I still use the firmware and HcwMakoA.ROM recommended in that howto.
