Your busid is illegal. Change 
BusID "PCI:0:0x8:1"
To be the correct busid for your 350 in decimal.
Probably what the error message says

BusID "PCI:1:0:0"

But if you believe your busid is correct then

BusID "PCI:0:8:1"
