sorry, but 0.3.3y doesn't help anything, the error messages still
appear.
VBI ("closed capture") was already disabled, so the error messages
are not caused by this setting.
anyway after turning on VBI for testing purposes, i got another error
message on the console:
ivtv: needed 1736 bufs for stream 2, received 0 differ by (1736) bufs
ivtv: SCHED: free_q: 0 elements
ivtv: SCHED: dma_q: 0 elements
ivtv: SCHED: full_q: 308 elements
ivtv: ENC: VBI got (0) needed 1736 bytes for stream 2, only 15550304 differ by
(-15548568) bytes
apart from this the tv stream is still very bumbily or stagnant or
whatever the best english word for this is.
