It looks like part of my patch was missed which will
have broken some of the decoding stuff.

  The changes to ivtv-ioctl.c are missing so it still
uses stream->s_flags for the IVTV_F_T_DEC_DONE bit 
instead of moving to itv->t_flags. 
I'm not sure if this would have this effect. The
changes "should" only affect decoding anyway so should
not affect recordings and should have no effect at all
for 150 users.
