Strange, i have no idea what happened there. I'm at work at the moment so i can't do much for several hours.
The 2 usages of IVTV_F_T_DEC_DONE in ivtv-ioctl.c should be changed to itv->t_flags from st->s_flags to make it consistent with the change that happened in ivtv-streams.c. Can you cope with this or do you want a patch later tonight. Alternatively we could have left bit to use s_flags and re-defined the define to be IVTV_F_S_DEC_DONE and given it a new suitable free bit to use. Given the way it's used i don't think it really makes a lot of difference either way. I still don't see why this would have any effect on what is happening to these people trying to use 3.3z though since they seem to be encoding problems and the changes were purely to the decoder.
