Updated to 0.3.4o but same problems.
check your recording profiles (IIRC Setup/Recording/Recording
Profiles) in MythTV. By default I think they are setup for 480x480.
The image is not only stretched, color is not good, seems a
synchronization problem.
What's in your modprobe.conf?
