This is normal. This started showing up recently and I haven't tracked it down, but it is because there's some saa7115 trying to be issued and the PVR-150 doesn't have an saa7115 (the digitizer is in the cx25840). You can safely ignore it.

This is where your problem is. On the frontend go to Settings -> Television -> Recording Profiles -> Hardware Encoders -> Live TV and set the resolution to to 720x576.
