The decreased value in VBLANK should remove the black border at the
bottom by shifting everything down (I think this is the border you're
referring to). I didn't touch HBLANK or HACTIVE yet since there wasn't
any guidelines in the documentation. Currently they're at the default
values, but I do notice that the image is shifted to the right a bit.
I suppose I could try to center it horizontally as well. Although it
says that VBLANK should start no earlier than line 22(NTSC), I am
seeing a raster or two of VBI data at the top of the image and it is
slightly lower now than my tv's broadcast input. I might try
increasing VBLANK by 1 or 2 to make this perfect.
