Looks like firmware is being loaded by the hotplug system. If
you've put your firmware in /lib/modules, you should move it to
/lib/hotplug/firmware or /usr/local/lib/hotplug/firmware or
/usr/lib/hotplug/firmware (or maybe somewhere else depending on your
hotplug config).
