I don't believe modules load if they have unknown parameters. You should also see messages about uploading firmware right after that.... actually....

You've got a PVR-350 and a 150 right? What it looks like is when we're detecting the second card, we "find" a saa7127 at i2c 0x88. Well, that's where your cx25840 should be. Oh no! The saa7127 is the output from your 350. Add some options to your modprobe.conf:
options saa7127 i2c_enable=1,-1

also remove the no_black_magic from your cx25840.
