Hi, I'm also experiencing this problem - started with 0.3.6m and persists with 0.3.6p. I'm in New Zealand (PAL B) and I'm using the composite input to the card from a cable STB. My card is a PVR-150MCE. Excerpt from /var/log/messages below:
