Progress. The WintV PVR150MCE now almost works!  I get video but no
sound yet. This is with the 0.3.6x drivers and the recommended firmware
including HcwMakoA.ROM.

I have included the dmesg output after modprobe ivtv from the ivtv
driver for both the PVR150 and the PVR150MCE. You will note that the
tuner typss are different.

With the PVR150 (fully working) I get the following after modprobe ivtv
