One more suggestion: http://mythextra.napsi.net/download.html Try either the MythMusic mod or MythFM. At least that will make it clear whether ivtv-radio is the problem. I really doubt it but we'll see. Also maybe double check your logs both at initialization and when you're trying to use the radio just in case you missed something.
