Hi, I have no problem using the radio on PVR-350, neither via the MythFM plugin nor via the 'radio' utility. Last time I tried, it was with the 0.3.6n version of the driver.
I have 2 PVR-350's (one has a broken S-Video out, so I bought a new one). The oldest one can tune all frequencies, it has an FM1216 tuner. The newest one has an FM1236-MK3 (iirc), it is a lot more picky about the signal quality, so the channel-scan of MythFM sees less channels on this tuner. I think the problem is the following: he tuner module does a calculation in which the frequency gets rounded off to the nearest .12 Mhz. Some of the channels are not a nice multiple of .12, so tuning is slightly off. I believe there was a patch some time ago for the tuner module in the video4linux tree allowing finer tuning for the radio module of these tuners, but I don't think the ivtv-supplied tuner has this patch (yet). And there is one other problem, I think in the ivtv driver: after using the radio (MythFM or radio util), next time I use video (recording or playback), video is jumpy and gives DMA errors.
