Both. The xdriver will work with V0.2 or V0.3 but the XV code will only be enabled if running with V0.3 new enough to support it. In fact the xdvriver should still work with 0.1.9 ivtv as well. I intend to keep it like this if possible which was one of the reasons why separating it made sense.
