There's one option to use the PVR-350 MPEG decoder, and there's another
option to use xv picture controls. You need to uncheck the first one,
which is 3 or 4 screens in under Setup->TV Settings->Playback (the
checkbox is at the top of the screen) in order to use xv for playback.
The other option (xv Picture Controls) has no effect on normal playback
(other than giving you the ability to change things like hue.)
