You may not need m(any) of these options with 0.3.8
Try stripping right back. Remove -u, -f and the aspect, bframes,
framerate and framespergop options to -c.  I use dnr_temporal=0 rather
than setting dnr_mode to 3 as the later didn't remove the ghosting I
was seeing at resolutions below 720x576.

You may need to keep the other options if you're not using PVR
software to set these things up. Best to strip right back and then
cautiously add back in until you have what you need.
