I have the same card - PVR150MCE - and the same tuner is detected, and
radio doesn't work for me either. I use ivtv-radio to play. I get
silence on video24, and noise on video32. I'm using valid frequencies.

Can you both post the IVTV BEGIN-END messages from your kernel log? It works
fine here (BTW audio arrives at video24, not video32). It might be a tuner
related problem.

I don't remember if I have an MCE version, anyway frequency scanning
works ok but I am not able to hear nothing from /dev/video24.
Antenna problem? I hope no since I haven't the time to try the card
under another OS (!).
