I don't use any option with any module. With PVR-250 cards I used to add
standard=9 to the msp3400 driver, but since this card doesn't include
one I have no option anymore. Probably the default standard for our
modules is SECAM-L, which is the modulation in France, so it works
without any option.

Also note that I have perfect sound on SECAM TV channels, the problem
is with FM radio, and I don't think that FM radios have anything to do
with SECAM modulation.
