I have several issues with the Dynamic Noise Reduction (DNR) filter.
Using version 0.4.0
1) The help for ivtvctr says to see the API Doc. for information on the
settings of the dnr_*. However no such document is included in the docs/
directory. The closest think I could find doc/video-quality.txt which in
inaccurate. What I take it ment was

However this document was hard to find and not linked to anywhere in any
of the user docs that I saw. I found it by searching the devel list.
This document should really be included with the distribution. Or at
very least video-quality.txt should be corrected.
2) It seams that dnr_spatial only has an effect when capturing at 720x480.
When I set to to anything lower (such as 480x480) this setting has no
effect. I can tell be setting it to 31 so that there is horrible ghosting
artifacts when capturing at 720x480 but not at ANY other horizontal
resolution. I have a PVR-350. If you need more specific info please let
me know, preferably with an explanation of how to get it.
