Hello gentlemen,
I finaly succeeded in compiling IVTV drivers.
The problem was GCC version...
Now, I get a new problem.
It seams that encoder firmware makes problem.
I recreated it with the tool and checked md5sum from wiki.
Everything seams OK, but I still have this error in syslog while I do modprobe ivtv
