I am in project to build a Linux box with 4 tv-output to broadcast videos to an analog tv network. Thus I am looking for MPEG decoder only cards either one card with 4 tv output or 4 cards with one tv output. I dont have any justification for tv turner, so Hauppauge cards are not good candidates.
Any one knows about a MPEG decoder only cards which could be bought in Euro lands and supported by ivtv or v4l ?
