I've installed a new WinTV-PVR 150 card in my AMD Sempron system
(running SuSE 10.0 in 32-bit mode). I've followed (and re-checked) the
How-to, and gone through the Troubleshooting section, too. However, I
still have 2 issues - no sound, and while I can see video output using
the "cat /dev/video > test.mpg" test, when I run any of the TV programs
(KDETV, XAWTV, TVTime or Zapping TV Viewer) on my system, I can't get
any of them to run correctly - TVTime, for example, says, simply, "No
signal", while KDETV hangs, with the following in the terminal:

I assume the VIDIOC_G_OUTPUT error is related to the lack of sound?
As I mentioned, I'm running SuSE 10.0. It is currently using the
2.6.13-15.7-default kernel (from the distro). I have no other capture
cards in the system.
