So if you go back to 0.4.0 and load the driver again, then it works? And
0.4.1 fails? No change to the firmware files, no other changes, just
ivtv?
Can you give the md5sum values of the firmware files? Can you give the
output of ls -l of the directory it is loading the fw files from?
I've seen one other report of a similar situation but I cannot reproduce
it at all.
