Dear IVTV:

I just did a reinstall with the newest stable version file:vtv-0.4.1.tar.gz and
firmware files: pvr_2.0.24.23035.zip and file:pvr_1.18.21.22254_inf.zip,
following the website howto. I am still having the problem where many stations
don't have sound until I do: sudo ivtvctl -g reg=0x808,val=0x1f.

Am I doing something wrong with the file versions or installation process?
