There is no problems to build the drivers and 0.5.x don't even have the
other modules at all, those are nowdays provided by the v4l project.
The problem is really when loading modules, something makes msp3400 to be
loaded with the option 'simple' and ivtv to load with the option
'ivtv_std' which both was valid options for the <=0.4.0 modules, but not
for the v4l msp3400 module and the >=0.4.1 ivtv module
The only way I can this to work is to hack the v4l msp3400 module to
accept the option 'simple' and the ivtv module accept 'ivtv_std', but
neither driver cares to do anything special with the option, just accept.
Without this hack, the loading of the modules would be aborted due none
legal options tried to force upon msp3400 and ivtv.
