I am trying to get my pvr-250 card to work properly.   i have followed the following guide.  http://www.abarbaccia.com/content/view/15/29/  I stopped after installing the ivtv drivers.  i tried to test the driver by doing a "cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg"  but it produces a file of zero length.   i am not getting any errors and dmesg shows that the card is intialized correctly so i am not sure what the problem is.

i am trying  the 0.4.2 ivtv drivers  and i do not have any module options enabled.

This looks really bad to me.  How do you interrupts look?  Much sharing going on?

Could also be a bad card.  Has it been tested in a Windows machine?
