Could also be a bad card.  Has it been tested in a Windows machine?

well, this card has been sitting in a dead machine for over a year.  it was working before the box died.  i found an old dual p3 comp laying around and decided to set up a pvr.  i tried to install MCE 2005 and could not get the driver to load properly, so i thought i would try setting up a mythtv box.  everytime i would load the driver in MCE i got the blue screen of death.

cheers,
jason
