where /dev/fb0 points to the fb device created for your card?
Also, if you are using mythtv, you need to tell mythtv that you are using the pvr-350's tv-out. To do this just go into the setup section in the frontend and look for the option Use PVR-350 tv-out, I think it's under the TV Settings screen.
