I'm not completely sure, but I'm relatively positive that the 0.4.x series ivtv drivers don't support 2.4 series kernels. (Can someone else confirm this?)
Even more importantly, I would not be surprised if the recent IVTV drivers require GCC 3.x and above. GCC 2.95.x is ancient - 3.0 was released in June 2001 (nearly five years ago). You may need to downgrade to 0.2.x, or upgrade your Linux distrubution to something more recent. Given that future ivtv releases (0.6.x and beyond) will require recent 2.6 series kernels, it will be much easier with an up-to-date system. _______________________________________________ ivtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users
