Okey, I thought you only tested with mplayer and for me it's always been 
the cache size that made the delay. It seems there is something else in 
your case, but see if you can't try a bit different settings or switch to 
the development version of the driver (thats the one I use at the moment, 
but it's a week or two since I last synced with the curretn code).

The only drav back with the driver I have (can't remember the revision 
number) is that 1/3 of the pic, at the top flickers a lot when I switch 
channel, I need to select the channel twice and then it works as it 
should, but I hope they have fixed that by now... maybe time to upgrade to 
the latest driver again :)
