Seems like this is the case to me too, but the only setting I know to
change this is "ivtvctl -cstream_type" and I've tried every setting for
that that I could and the only one that got any better was 2 (MPEG1),
but I still have a 1-2 sec delay with that.... Is there another setting
that would effect that?
