I went out and bought a PVR150 to see if that works. Wish me luck.
Installed the 150 and besides having to reset up the card in mythtv-setup(150's look for Tuner, not Tuner 0). It's working perfectly.
So definitely an issue with the PVR250MCE on FC3.
If one of the devs needs a card to test this, I'd be happy to ship one to ya.
