Aurangzeb,

Do you have the:

Section "Monitor"
        Identifier "NTSC Monitor"
        HorizSync 30-68
        VertRefresh 50-120
        Mode "720x480"
          DotClock 34.564
          HTimings 720 752 840 928
          VTimings 480 484 488 504
          Flags "-HSync" "-VSync"
          EndMode
EndSection

In your config?

What error messages are you getting from the X-windows log? When I was
having trouble getting my 350 working, X-windows wouldn't load at all,
and the error messages in the log were key to me figuring out what was
going on (mine were under /var/log/xorg.0.log). Look for some weird
error messages there and let us know what you find.
