Still Nobody? Has anyone gotten this to work?

I do have an update. I installed the cvs of v4l-dvb
and installed it. Then I installed the ivtv driver
0.6.1 from rpm because it would not build from source.
I then got tv out working, however I would not get
any sound.
I then went to atrpms testing and grabbed the v4l rpm
and ivtv 0.7 rpm and installed it. That fixed the
sound, however lost my capability to display tv out
again. I tried reinstalling the v4l that I downloaded
from v4l again and it made no difference.

Is there problems with ivtv on FC5? I'm sure I'm not
the first with this issue. Can someone please help
me?
Thanks,
Chad

After reading many post about the same/ similar
problem I still have not found the answer. It seems
that alot of people are having this problem, however
nobody is able to answer what is causing it. Should I
open a ticket in trac? I will be more than happy to
help whoever in solving this problem. If you have a
working pvr 350 on FC5 please explain what you did to
get it working. Also, someone posted a diff in
another post saying his 350 wouldn't work without it.
I had problems making it work and do not know exactly
what his patch fixes... He was very vague.

I am having a big problem getting FC5 and my pvr350 to
output to my tv display. I also could not get the rpm
from atrpms to work (It would give me a fatal error
when I modprobed ivtv) So I built the driver from the
source (svn). I am still having problems though.

I do not have any entries in my modprobe.conf. I have
added the correct ones according to Jarod's guide and
then tried it without. The card loads up without a
problem and I then modprobe ivtv-fb, but cannot
display a picture. I did manage recently to get two
orange vertical lines on my tv towards the left side.
However I have not been able to reproduce that either.
here is a copy of the appropiate sections.
