Dominik, Okay, after you unmute the card, you need to check and make sure that you have the card listening on the proper audio input. You will need to use the ivtvctl command to do this.
ivtvctl -Q --------- Will tell you which audio input it is set on ivtvctl -q 0 -------- Will set it to Audio input 0 (You can substitute a different number here if you want to change it to another input) I did notice in your previous post that you had: Video input = 3 Audio input = 2: Audio Line 2 It very well could be listening to audio on the wrong input.
