Hello there,
I just installed a PVR-500 to my existing system which had a PVR-350, but I only get static from my PVR-500 tuners. I believe that this is due to the tuner types not being set for the PVR-500 tuners.
Previous system config(where the PVR-350 worked fine [did not use TV-OUT]):

I only added the “options ivtv tuner=47,4,4” line after attempting to force the tuners to values which I saw in /var/logs/messages which is provided below. I assume the number in each “tveeprom: tuner =” line is the tuner type for that card.
