I recently purchased a
Hauppauge pvr-150 tuner card. The video works great
but there is something wrong with the audio... The audio is very low and distorted and there is noise on top of that. It's difficult to describe so I posted a small example here. (~5MB) That video was taken by using the cat command. cat /dev/video0 > test.mpg The card works fine in Windows XP.
