I have the TCPN2221P30A. I applied the patch on top of 0.4.4 (had some problems changing channels during live tv in MythTV with 0.4.5). Previously, the picture had spots of "fuzziness" - kind of like little dots - in sections (the second tuner was worse). Now, the image is better (and exactly the same on both tuners), but it has a light "cross-hatch" effect on the whole screen..... the only way I can describe it is that it looks like the image is displayed on a light berber carpet.
