The severity varies by channel - some seem okay, some are very bad. My
one card is worse than the other, but they are consistent in that the
channels that are good or pretty good on one are good or pretty good on
the other, and the really bad ones are bad on both. I'm not sure if
the problem is with all channels to some degree or if some channels are
plain okay - I was assuming the problem was with all channels, though,
and only the severity varied.

I'm convinced mine is something with the analog portion of the system -
the cable signal, tuner, or SAA7115 - but because I find it hard to
believe that both boards would fail in the same way at the same time
I'm thinking signal as well. So what do I do to get Myth working well
again? I don't really need the TV out anymore - should I try a prv500?
