Okay, I downgrade to 2.6.15.7 today and ivtv 0.4.5 and everything seems 
to be working well so far...

Also, I just noticed that my recordings from 0.6.x were all from the 
wrong channel for some reason.  Not sure if that is related to the 0.6.x 
series or not, but it was very strange.  I haven't seen this w/ the 
0.4.5 driver yet...  Here's hoping this information will help someone in 
a similar situation down the road.
