I have a KT133 that had the same problem. However, one way I was able to get around it was to use a SATA PCI controller card. As long as I use SATA, I don't get the problem. If I load up linux or windows on a hard drive using the onboard ATA controllers and then start using the TV card, the spontaneous reboots happen. However, check out the Via motherboard problems page and see if any of those tweaks work for you. If not, you might have to go out and buy a new mobo that has a non-VIA chipset.
