I've been over the instructions with a fine tooth comb, so I am as sure as I can possibly be that I am compiling with the correct kernel. If there is a more explicit test to determine what kernel I am compiling with, please let me know. As for dmesg, it gives me this output: [17179753.196000] Unknown OutputIN= OUT=vmnet1 SRC=192.168.140.1 DST=192.168.140.255 LEN=96 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=64 ID=0 DF PROTO=UDP SPT=137 DPT=137 LEN=76 [17179753.196000] Unknown OutputIN= OUT=vmnet1 SRC=192.168.140.1 DST=192.168.140.255 LEN=96 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=64 ID=0 DF PROTO=UDP SPT=137 DPT=137 LEN=76 [17179753.196000] Unknown OutputIN= OUT=vmnet1 SRC=192.168.140.1 DST=192.168.140.255 LEN=96 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=64 ID=0 DF PROTO=UDP SPT=137 DPT=137 LEN=76 [17179753.196000] Unknown... .... which goes on and on for far too long to reproduce here. It is far too cryptic for me to make any sense of. -- Dave M G _______________________________________________ ivtv-users mailing list [email protected] http://ivtvdriver.org/mailman/listinfo/ivtv-users
