tda9887 is merged into the tuner module.

You can't use ivtv-0.7.x with 2.6.18. You can try the latest ivtv from
the ivtv-0.8 branch, that should work. Unfortunately, you also need the
newly released MythTV (0.20) and even that may not work for 64-bit
since a bug in the MythTV 64-bit v4l2 API support was discovered a week
ago and I am not sure if an update is already available.
