Okay, I shutdown the computer, unseated and reseated the PVR-150 card, 
and now I get video.  In my previous post, I could only get 0 byte files 
from /dev/video0.  At least there are no "bad command" errors now.  Any 
idea why I'm getting the bad packet error?
