It looks like it can't find the firmware files? And I'm not sure why
you have a 0.7.1 module on a 2.6.18 system, you need 0.8.x.
If you do have those firmware files in those locations, perhaps your /
lib filesystem is somehow not getting mounted before you try to load
the ivtv modules.
You could try reinstalling the RPMs for ivtv, but if all else fails
you can do it the manual way:
