I'm using kubuntu dapper drake with 2-6-15-27-386 kernal and a PVR350.
mplayer /dev/video0 makes a screen with just dancing dots all over it
and no audio. I see some change when I do something like
ivtv-tune -c 8 .
One part of the response to ivtvctl -a shows:

Makes me think it is set up for PAL (I'm in the U.S.) But I don't
know how to change this (or even if that's the problem.)
No errors in dmesg and it says the card is initialized.
I am dual booted and when I boot to Fedora 5, I get a good picture and
sound, but I need it to work in Kubuntu.
